Father, we thank you for this word that you've given us today. We thank you that as we remain in the hub, as we remain connected to the vine, Lord. That we will have all we need to flourish.

Pruning is pain. Letting go of those old things is scary, because if all your life you've been told that you have to perform, that you have to get the grades, that you have to have success for people to love you, and then for you to let go of that and say, oh, I'm not going to chase that anymore.
